    On the afternoon of January 3rd, the MPAcc Center of the Business School invited Sun Guoguang from the Electronic Management Center of the State Administration of Taxation to give a lecture. Mr. Sun gave a wonderful lecture with the theme of Tax Informationization Helps Replace Business Tax with Value-Added Tax. The lecture was presided over by Lu Ying, while students from MPAcc, accounting, financial management, MBA , and other majors were in attendance.

    Based on his nearly 30 years of work experience, Mr. Sun made a detailed analysis at the macroeconomic and microeconomic levels. At the macro level, based on the economic work reported at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, he introduced the specific contents, processes, and objectives of the reform of the business system and the replacement of business tax with value-added tax.
