"Talking about OKR": Dr. Wang Huidong’s Visit to the Business School

On September 19 2018, at the invitation of the MBA Education Center of the Department of Human Resource Management, BTBU Business School, Dr. Wang Huidong, former Vice President of Hanergy Group and Tianeng Group and Director-General of Jane Goodall (Beijing) Center, visited the Business School and participated in an academic exchange. The purpose of this academic exchange was to teach students about the latest enterprise management performance tools. Professor He Hui, Head of the Department of Human Resources, some faculty members, graduate students of the Department of Business Management, and MBA students were in attendance.
Through this lecture, students got a deep understanding of the developmental upsurge of contemporary cutting-edge theories and the difficulties faced by enterprises in the actual promotion of the OKR system in different cultural environments. At the same time, it also laid a foundation and opened up new ideas for students' future studies and work.
