Speaker Profile:
Li Yannan worked at Pepsi Cola (China) Investment Co., Ltd. from 2001 to 2014 and was mainly responsible for developing and installing best practice tools with the US headquarters and other departments. From 2014 to 2015, he worked in China Huiyuan Juice Group Co., Ltd., and was responsible for establishing the standard management system of the supply chain in the group’s factories, the network analysis of the group’s production and sales layout in the next three years, incorporating the factory’s production plan into the Product Supply Department, and establishing the competency assessment system of key positions in the Product Supply Department. From 2015 to 2016, he worked in Qingdao Hejinhong Natural Agriculture Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for setting raw materials, packaging materials and semi-finished products, as well as finishing products inventory plans. He established the assessment of the storage system management, enabling seamless docking of the base.
